- The item is in new, unworn condition: The watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
- The item is purchased from our website: This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly through our website www.frostpownie.com. Items purchased through other third-party retailers are subject to their respective return policies.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
a. Contact Customer Support

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, damaged item)
Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and an Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your return.
b. Package the Item Securely
- Repack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and tags that came with the product.
- Securely place the Return Authorization number (RA) inside the package and outside of the watch box for easy identification.

Return shipping fees: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of the Item: The item must be in its original, unworn condition. If the item has been worn or shows signs of use (e.g., scratches, damage, or missing parts), it will not be accepted for a return.
- Original Packaging: All packaging, including the watch box, instruction manuals, and warranty cards, must be returned with the item.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for processing your return.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
a. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges. If you received a free shipping promotion, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

b. Exchanges

Please note that if you are exchanging an item, the original item must be returned before the new item can be shipped. If there is a price difference, you may be required to pay the balance or receive a refund for the difference, depending on the transaction.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for a replacement item. In cases of damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
